Germantown Marketplace is a 140,000 sq. ft. retail plaza located just 20 miles Northwest of downtown Milwaukee. The project consists of five buildings. The main building, totaling 100,000 square feet, houses Pick N' Save grocery and Dollar Tree on the east end, and a neighborhood bar and grill on the west end. A bank branch building is along Mequon Road. Three additional buildings, approximately 10,000 square feet each, are located west of Squire Drive.
